Bangkok (UTC+7) is 3 hours ahead of the UAE (UTC+4). My working day covers a UAE morning through mid-afternoon, which is around six hours of overlap.

A worked example
- The problem
- Property portals live or die on search. Listings change daily, the editorial team needs a CMS they already know, and a buyer who waits on a filter goes somewhere else.
- What I built
- Leading the full-stack team at Trienpont, I kept WordPress as the editorial back end and put a headless React and Next.js front end in front of it, with Node.js and GraphQL between the two and Algolia AI handling search and faceting instead of querying the CMS directly.
- Outcome
- A property search that responds like a search product rather than a content site, without retraining the people who publish the listings. Live at amazingproperties.org.
Questions United Arab Emirates teams ask
Have you worked with UAE clients before?
Not yet. Every role on my CV has been with a Bangkok-based employer, so I have no UAE client list to point at. What I can show is the work itself: production systems with public URLs and open repositories, listed on this page and on the home page. I would rather you judge those than take a claim about local presence on trust.
Do you speak Arabic?
Only at a limited working level, so I would not run an Arabic-language project or client relationship on it. My working languages are English, which is native or bilingual, along with Bengali and Hindi. Technical delivery and documentation would be in English.
What relevant sector experience do you have?
Real estate is the closest match: I led the team on a headless property portal at Trienpont, which is a sector the UAE market has a lot of. Beyond that, the architecture work is cloud-native on AWS with Docker and Kubernetes, and I have delivered enterprise integrations including Cal.com, Chatwoot and Outline.
